These terms govern your use of this website and the client portal. Using either means you accept them. They are separate from the terms of engagement that apply once the firm has accepted your matter.
Use of this website
You may read and print material from this website for your own information. You may not reproduce it commercially, present it as your own, or use it in a way that suggests the firm endorses you or your business.
The client portal
- Portal accounts are opened only after the firm has verified who you are. Registering does not by itself give you access.
- You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell the office at once if you believe someone else has access.
- Upload only documents relating to your own matter, in the formats the portal accepts. Do not attempt to upload executable files or anything designed to interfere with the service.
- Do not attempt to reach any account or document other than your own.
Availability
We aim to keep the portal available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, and it may be unavailable during maintenance. Do not rely on it for anything time-critical: if a deadline is approaching, telephone the office.
