   PAN card

   Of the person or entity that will own the mark.

3. 03

   Aadhaar card

   Of the applicant, or of the authorised signatory where a company is applying.

   Proof of first use — if applicable

   Invoices, packaging, advertisements, or website screenshots showing when you started using the mark. Only if you are claiming prior use.

5. 05

   MSME or startup certificate — if applicable

   Reduces the official filing fee where it applies.
