We take a clear-eyed view at the outset of what a matter is realistically worth pursuing, and we say when a negotiated settlement beats a judgment several years away. Where a case does need to be fought, it is prepared properly: pleadings that hold up, evidence marshalled early, and an advocate who knows the file. We appear in civil and commercial courts and act in domestic arbitrations.
