Carry your own civil and criminal matters end to end, with the drafting and court exposure to grow quickly.
Responsibilities
- Draft pleadings, applications, written statements, and legal notices
- Appear before district courts, tribunals, and the High Court as briefed
- Conduct case research and prepare briefs for senior counsel
- Meet clients directly to take instructions and explain progress
- Track hearing dates, filings, and limitation periods across your matters
What We're Looking For
- LL.B. with enrolment on the Bar Council roll
- 2+ years of litigation experience in civil or criminal matters
- Sound drafting ability in English; working Hindi for court and clients
- Comfortable appearing independently on routine matters
- Organised about dates — missed limitation is not recoverable
